随着新加坡政府对其私立教育机构立法和质量保障机制的不断完善，目前在以下几类私立教育机构学习获颁的文凭证书已纳入认证范围：
一、私立大学
 SIM University
（后更名为 Singapore University of Social Sciences,且现已转为公立大学）
 二、获新加坡政府津贴的私立教育机构
 1.  Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts
 2.  LASALLE College of the Arts
 三、依据2011年新加坡《私立教育法案豁免条例》豁免审查的外国大学分校
1.  Booth School of Business，The University of Chicago
2.  Digipen Institute of Technology Singapore
3.  EDHEC-Risk Institute
4.  ESSEC-Business School
5.  German Institute of Science and Technology(TUM)
6.  INSEAD Business School
7.  S P Jain School of Global Management
8.  New York University Tisch Asia School of the Arts
9.  University of Nevada，Las Vegas
四、在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得信托之星（Edustar）的私立教育机构
James Cook University, Singapore Campus（证书颁发时间为2010年7月之后）
五、  经与有关部门沟通，部分在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得4年期信托认证（Edutrust）的私立教育机构也将逐步被纳入认证范围
由于新加坡此类私立教育机构数量较多，颁发第三国文凭证书的情况较为复杂，为保护留学人员利益，充分了解其在新加坡的办学及合作情况，并建立有效核查渠道后，已将下列符合条件的文凭证书纳入认证范围（持续更新）：
