Support brand manager to create digital campaign idea and plan with strong brand message and reach plan.
Create cross-functional understanding and manage agencies to ensure on-time-in-full delivery of brand EC campaign.
Analysis campaign results and see improve opportunities. Leverage EC data tools to generate data-infused insight and key learning.
Drive improvements in ROI on brand EC campaign and digital investment on EC.
Oversee hair EC market including the trend on products, packaging, price and competitor campaign ideas to identify opportunities to build into future branding campaign insight.
Lead the development of EC exclusive products and promotion bundle.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree above.
At least 2 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG and EC background preferred.
Solid understand on EC ecosystem and key customers (Ali, JD, VIP).
Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
Bias for action attitude; and strong growth mindset.
Familiar with Ali data tools (Databank, Strategic center) is a plus.
