Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks China success by supporting Core and City collection business growth thru building a consumer relevant assortment and driving innovation to maintain/grow existing merchandise buyer and recruit new user    
Support data collection and conduct business analysis to help achieve category financial and business objectives in the specified product groups. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Work with line manager to meet or exceed the AOP target of LTO, Core and City KPI
• Responsible for assortment planning, design/ product brief, pricing, order grid to product launch
• Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure launch success with business objective achieved
• Monitor business performance and propose additional action plan once under unexpected business situation
• Support the team to organize/manage order & sales database
• Support the team to prepare workbook and VM guideline for each campaign window  

Summary of Experience
• 5 years of category or marketing experience
• NPD launch experience is a MUST
• Good data collecting and analysis skill
• Highly cross functional work environment experience
• Well knowledge in brewing equipment is a PLUS

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, both English and Chinese
• Well known in fashion and lifestyle latest trend
• Consumer insights
• Creative thinking, problem solving mind set
• Passion on coffee industry
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Attention to details and good sense of data/figures
• Understand basic financial principles, measures, and key business drivers
• Familiar with retail operations environment
• Keen to learn and develop themselves
